I have had a package coming from Hong Kong and I live in Colorado, the shipment said it was "pre-shipment" for like a week now and I'm wondering if the reason is because it has yet to arrive in the U.S. or if it is because they are not scanning it as Jaime M mentioned.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
